Dr. Teresa M. Propato
Dr. Teresa Propato has been a practicing Podiatrist for nearly 20 years. She was an associate in a group practice in Newtown, Bucks County, PA where she was involved in surgical and non-surgical cutting edge foot care. Summer 2017, after thoughtful consideration, she decided to relocate closer to home in Warrington, PA where she lives with her husband and two daughters.
Dr. Propato's education began in Abington, Pa where she was born and raised. A 1989 graduate of Abington High School, she was nominated as one of WCAU-TV's "Best of the Class". She attended Ursinus College and graduated in 1993 with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Biology prior to attending Temple University's School of Podiatric Medicine. While at TUSPM Dr. Propato was co-founder for a "Shoes for the Homeless" campaign and participated in pediatric foot and lower extremity clinics at the school. Dr. Propato was also co-author of an article for Instep Magazine entitiled "Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy Syndrome Secondary to Matrixectomy: A Case Study and Review"(Fall/Winter 1996). After graduation in 1997, Dr. Propato went on to complete a two year surgical residency at Crozer Health Systems. While at Crozer, Dr. Propato was fortunate enough to have had extensive training in wound care through the Burn Center at Crozer Chester Medical Center, as well as the Center for Wound Healing at Crozer-Springfield Division. It was during this time that Dr. Propato developed a special interest in limb salvage and wound care and became a Certified Wound Specialist through the American Board of Wound Management in 2005. She has been on staff at St. Mary's Wound Care Center (1999-2009) and is presently treating wound care patients in the Warrington office as well as at Lower Bucks Hospital Wound Care Center, Bristol, PA. She has maintained her hospital affiliations with St. Mary Medical Center, Langhorne,Pa., Lower Bucks Hospital, Bristol, Pa., and has now joined the medical staff of Doylestown Hospital.
From 1999-2017 Dr. Propato enjoyed being a part of a busy, diversified practice working closely with specialists and internists at St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne, PA and Lower Bucks Hospital in Bristol, PA as well as many skilled nursing facilities in Bucks County. She became certified in Foot Surgery in 2003 and continues to be a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. She is an active member of the American Podiatric Medical Association as well as the Pennsylvania Podiatric Medical Association since 1999.
In her spare time, Dr. Propato enjoys bike rides and walks with her girls, day trips to the beach, spending time with her friends and huge Italian family, and traveling.

Dr. Kelley Rouse
Warrington Family Foot Care is very excited and proud to announce the addition of Dr. Kelley Rouse to our team! She is an experienced, skilled surgeon who specializes in reconstructive foot & ankle surgery, wound care, sports injuries and all aspects of podiatric foot care.
Dr. Rouse is a graduate of Gannon University in Erie, PA, and Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Ohio. She has achieved multiple awards during her surgical residency at Heritage Valley Health Systems in Beaver, Pa. She is board qualified by the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery and is certified in Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
Dr. Rouse is presently relocating to this area from Beaver, PA. Please come in and meet this very special Doctor and welcome her to Warrington!! She is available to see you in our office today!
Mrs. Kimberly Dorf
Kimberly Dorf is the medical assistant and office manager at Warrington Family Foot Care. She will be the happy face that will greet you upon arrival to our office.
Kim is an experienced medical assistant and is very knowledgeable in all aspects of podiatric care and wound care.
Kim grew up in Connecticut, where she was an accomplished equestrian and graduated from Manchester Community College with a degree in therapeutic recreation in 2008. She has also achieved certification in first aid, CPR and as a medication tech. After graduation, she managed group homes for people with disabilities.
Kim moved to Pennsylvania nearly 5 years ago where she started her career as a medical assistant for a busy podiatry practice in Bucks County. She married the love of her life in 2016, and is now the mother of a newborn son. In her spare time, Kim loves to go out to new restaurants, travel (especially to warm beach destinations), and spend time with friends and family.
She is a caring and friendly person who will go out of her way to help others. We are very fortunate to have Kim as part of the "Warrington Family Foot Care" family.
